    I had delightful stay, the place is stunningly beautiful and quiet!

    The location was very central, just next door to all the good shopping, Madison avenue and the restaurants. The staff were personable and made me feel comfortable. Enjoyed my rooms with 1 king bed.

    I had a lovely experience with the butler service. They brought me tea and coffee a couple of times, a nice touch for my early morning routines. The location made it easy to explore the nearby museums and shopping areas. My butler was kind and helpful throughout my week.

    I missed having a proper lobby to sit in while waiting. There was no swimming pool available, which would have been nice to have after a long day.

    The place is nice, and has great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar lounge. I remember the staff's kind help with my elderly parents during my first stay. The butler service is also amazing. I'll be back for Xmas!
